Terms & Conditions – Ashley Kew Photography
1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit (amount agreed at booking) is required to secure your wedding date.

The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the wedding date.

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a signed contract.
2. Cancellations & Postponements
-
If the client cancels the booking, the deposit will be retained.
-
Cancellations made within 60 days of the wedding will require full payment unless the date can be rebooked.

If the wedding is postponed, Ashley will do his best to accommodate the new date. If unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation.
3. Coverage

Ashley will provide photography services personally unless otherwise agreed.

He will make every reasonable effort to capture key moments as discussed with the client but cannot guarantee specific images due to the nature of live events.

Client cooperation is essential to ensure coverage is comprehensive and timely.
4. Image Delivery
-
Edited high-resolution images will be delivered via an online gallery within 6–8 weeks of the wedding date.

Ashley retains the right to artistic discretion in editing and selection of final images.
5. Copyright & Usage

Ashley Kew Photography retains full copyright to all images.
-
Clients receive a license for personal use and printing. Images may not be used for commercial purposes without written consent.

Ashley may use selected images for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, portfolio), unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.
6. Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Ashley’s control, liability is limited to a full refund or finding a suitable replacement photographer.

Ashley will take all reasonable care but is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from photography services.
7. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permissions for photography at the venue(s).

The client agrees to provide a safe and respectful working environment for the photographer.
8. Agreement

By booking with Ashley Kew Photography, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
